Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our primary goal and everything we sell is refundable or exchangeable within the first 15 days of delivery unless you open and use them.

All sales are final after 15 days of delivery made.

The item you want to return should be unopened and unused in new condition with original packaging and accessories of all parts. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If you received free shipping on your order, your refund will be the product price minus the original shipping cost.

We do not refund or exchange on any item that has been used and opened. Returns will not qualify for credit without authorization from our customer service representatives.

If your return or exchange is the result of our error we give you full return with shipping charge. We will also provide free return shipping in this case.    

Return and Exchange Procedures 

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; have absolutely no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

  5. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirection return shipments, so insure your shipping method.

  1. How long does it take to prepare my order? 
    On weekdays, it takes one to three days to prepare your order and you will receive a confirmation email by our shipping emailing system. However, during Mondays, Fridays, holidays, and weekends, we either do not work or may not be able to attend to all orders. Therefore, it is generally a good idea to allow five days for the preparation.

  2. Does neoBeauty ship to an international location? 
    No, we do not. Our companys policy strictly prohibits oversea sales, and we can only ship to the US, Canada, APO, FPO, and the US minor islands. You may order through friends or family in these locations, but we are only responsible for shipping to the mentioned locations.

  3. I live in the US (or Canada) but I can't place an order from my location! 
    That is an error in the Yahoo system where we do not have any control. 
    Please copy and paste your shopping cart, and email it to us. You email must include:

  4. I did not receive my confirmation letter! 
    Since we send you confirmation letter automatically, it is very important for you to provide us with a correct email address. Be sure to check for any typos in your email address. We recommend that you copy and paste your email address from the email program or address book.Please do not put "www" or "http" before your email address.

  5. Can I call to place an order? No. Our past experience shows that phone orders not only caused many errors but also revealed potential security problems. Unless you have technical problems in placing an order, we cannot accept your phone order. You can still order manually by emailing us. Email orders must include: 

      6. What happens if I happen to order out-of-stock items? 
          We update our website once per day in the morning, so before we update our stock status, you may end up purchasing out of stock items. If this          occurs, we will find stock form our distributors. However, in the rare occasion that this is not possible, we will send you an email regarding cancellation             of your order.

      7.I don't see any buy button for what I want. How should I buy it? 
         When you cannot see the buy button, it means that the item is temporarily out of stock. We take the buy buttons out so customers do not buy out of     stock items.

      8. Does neoBeauty has a catalogue? 
         We operate solely on the internet, so we do not print paper based catalogues. You will have to refer to the web to see what we have.

      9. Do you wholesale? 
         We are an internet-based retailer, and do not have any capability to process commercial wholesales. Please do not contact us for a wholesale or           consignment request.
